Description: WinCE5.0上的2440的PWM设备驱动程序。三星发布的所有BSP包中都没有单独把PWM作为一个独立设备驱动给出来，而只是拿来给操作系统的任务调度提供时钟源。然而这样对背光调节就显得很不方便。这里把PWM单独拿出来做一个驱动，使其他模块能用标准流接口操作PWM。-WinCE5.0 the PWM on the 2440 device driver.
